What in the world am I doing? Everything but to follow my own dream.

 

 

       Being from detesting the new way of life 5 weeks ago to kinda living it up a little now, I believe OSSM, not only as a school, will influence my future boldly. I am gaining enormous amount of knowledge over a short period of time, which will be proven useful or not in a couple of years.

       Life is really intense, and the word leisure seems to be gone further away from me. People are getting three or more Cs, but I wish and strive not to be one of them.  

      Tomorrow, I will go on to my sixth week of TESTS, which is coordinate to the six week report. GOD BE WITH ME. I SHALL BE WITH YOU.

It's been a great May for me. Getting accepted by OSSM, getting to know Karen and Danwei, getting my flight tickets and visa back to china to visit old firends and family, getting my driver's license, realizing lots of cfls alumni have their msn space, and lots of more. Where does the future lay? I hope it's in good hands. Everyone have a good life.

The Oklahoma School of Science and Mathematics (OSSM) was created through legislative action in 1983 and graduated its first class of 44 seniors from across the state in 1992. It is designed as a two-year residential public high school for the academically gifted students in mathematics and science. The school currently has 71 juniors, 63 seniors and an ultimate enrollment estimated at 300.

 The mission of the Oklahoma School of Science and Mathematics is:

1.   To foster the educational development of Oklahoma high school  students who are talented in science and mathematics and show  promise of exceptional development through participation in a residential educational setting emphasizing instruction in science and mathematics.

2.  To develop, evaluate and foster science and mathematics instructional programs.

3.  To serve all schools and students of Oklahoma through research, teacher training and outreach activities.  (www.ossm.org)

 

Yeah, that's the school I'm going to next semester. Feeling a complication of excitement, curiosity, and unsureness. God help me.

上个星期才跟我的gf break up 了，不过心头没得啥子不舒服的感觉的。还有8个星期就暑假了，时光飞逝啊！

记得到原来同学的msn space高头去看了一下，有个“other people in my life" or sth like that, and I really appreciate those who put me on there, even though in a unappreciated manner, I still take it. Thanks y'all

Today when I was watching friends, which I have watched for a while, and really enjoyed and laughed upon, I got a nice surprise. The character Ross in the show has the same birthday as I. Also, he's probably the only person who reveals to the audience about his birthday info. Funny~

Ok, look. it is a six hour drive round trip, on a charter bus which i really hate, and our first soccer district game. anyway, after we got there, the storm and raining and lightening disturbed us for about 2 hours and the game's canceled.Not cool, since i didnt want to come in the first place. but on the way back, it was totally awesome. Undescribable. one of the best bus trip i ever had. kinda got caught up in the "action"~~oh, yea

Today, our whole sophomore class took a special "field trip" to those less privileged old poeple's house to help them clean up. I felt exausted physically, but rather satisfied emotionally.

 

Also, right after we got back , I went to my first audition in high school!! I felt pretty good. Maybe I'll get a big part, who knows.

双喜临门！I just got back from the national honor society induction ceremony, and it was cool~the cake too~yum~~

 

by the way, I also got a poetry award (3rd place) from rose state college last week, which was never, ever expected by me. I am about to get a little bit too proud of myself~~:)

昨天足球训练，结果把ankle扭伤了，还去了ER,倒霉阿~~足球赛季马上就要打响了，结果现在搞了个半身不遂~~~~痛苦~

My best personal running record: 10.5 miles in 2 h. Celebrate!!

After these years in US, I suddenly found out a brand-new self without a dream, without the childish ambition that i had in first grade-sth like becoming a rocket scientist.....Instead, life has approached its new level-reality. Or maybe, life is just sth people dream about when being a kid, or sth that is built upon reality,nevertheless, i believe there is still a surrealistic life out there for me, with or without a dream~

Application for Admission, Class of 2008, from The Oklahoma School of Science and Mathematics. What an irony! 2 years ago, my ambitions were undoubtedly toward majors related to English, but currently, i am prepared to apply for the top sicence and math school in U.S. Math used to be my most hated subject, and now has become my reliefing class at school.

goddamn it!!it was freezing cold to hell~~but it was definitely fun in the huge snow~especially when you are playing soccer~~hope it keeps snow till tomorrow~~woo hoo!!
